Job Details

Experience: A minimum of four (4) years

Requirements

Juris Doctorate degree
Law license in good standing in at least one state
Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience practicing law
Experience in healthcare / data privacy
Experience in transactional law
Deep understanding of how legal issues affect entities in Interra Health’s industry
Ability to develop legal policies that aligns with the business goals
Ability to operate in a problem solving and consultative approach
Detail oriented in reviewing complex and/or lengthy contracts
Ability to distill concepts to plain English and deep experience with progressive redlines
Versatility and willingness to take on a wide range of contracts, from complex SaaS agreements to small vendor relationships
Familiarity with technology license reviews and applications of AI regulations (plus)

Responsibilities

Provide expert and strategic legal advice to Interra Brands (DoseSpot, RxLink, pVerify, Arrive Health)
Contribute to internal governance policies, evaluating the impact of external factors
Assess company decisions with an eye toward supporting company strategy while balancing various risks
Advise Interra Health on legal matters with a lens on a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape
Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically, while presenting the business with proactive solutions
Partner with external parties (outside counsel, clients, regulatory advisors) on a range of legal matters
Analyze complex matters that cut across legal and business-related topics
Track key regulatory changes, keeping Executive Leadership informed of topics that may affect the Interra Health business strategy
