Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate degree
  • Law license in good standing in at least one state
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience practicing law
  • Experience in healthcare / data privacy
  • Experience in transactional law
  • Deep understanding of how legal issues affect entities in Interra Health’s industry
  • Ability to develop legal policies that aligns with the business goals
  • Ability to operate in a problem solving and consultative approach
  • Detail oriented in reviewing complex and/or lengthy contracts
  • Ability to distill concepts to plain English and deep experience with progressive redlines
  • Versatility and willingness to take on a wide range of contracts, from complex SaaS agreements to small vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with technology license reviews and applications of AI regulations (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert and strategic legal advice to Interra Brands (DoseSpot, RxLink, pVerify, Arrive Health)
  • Contribute to internal governance policies, evaluating the impact of external factors
  • Assess company decisions with an eye toward supporting company strategy while balancing various risks
  • Advise Interra Health on legal matters with a lens on a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape
  • Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically, while presenting the business with proactive solutions
  • Partner with external parties (outside counsel, clients, regulatory advisors) on a range of legal matters
  • Analyze complex matters that cut across legal and business-related topics
  • Track key regulatory changes, keeping Executive Leadership informed of topics that may affect the Interra Health business strategy
