Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Hands-on experience working in Scrum / Agile teams
- Actively uses AI-powered tools
- Ability to communicate clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical, role by role)
- Metrics-driven mindset
- Hands-on experience with change management or organizational learning
- High autonomy and comfort with ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Embed in Scrum teams to understand how developers, designers, QAs, and product managers work, then design AI integration practices tailored to each role
- Attend Scrum events regularly (sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and dailies) to stay close to each team's rhythm and provide both Scrum process support and AI transformation coaching
- Coach teams on stronger Scrum practices where needed; bringing a perspective that advances AI adoption and agile maturity at the same time
- For developers: design how tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude integrate into coding, code review, and debugging workflows
- For designers: accelerate creative workflows with practices around Figma AI, prompt-to-design, and AI-assisted concept generation
- For QA engineers: scale AI usage in test case generation, bug analysis, and automation scenario creation
- For product managers: turn AI into a practical working partner for backlog prioritization, user story writing, and data interpretation
- Drive lasting behavioral change across all roles, beyond one-off training sessions
- Build and evolve an AI adoption maturity model; make individual and team progress visible and measurable
- Design engagement loops (including gamification mechanics, badges, and leaderboards) that keep adoption momentum alive
- Cultivate a network of AI champions across each role group to scale the transformation organically
- Analyze which tools add the most value, in which roles and contexts, and feed those learnings back into the organization
- Connect AI adoption strategy to both near-term actions and long-term org maturity goals, in close collaboration with leadership
