Requirements

- Working knowledge of Core Web Vitals and site performance optimization.
- Ability to translate business goals into user-focused solutions.
- Experience collaborating across IT, marketing, and content teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Director of Web Strategy to define, scope, prioritize, and deliver website enhancements.
- Act as day-to-day product management liaison between IT and marketing.
- Manage and monitor the intake process for content and feature requests.
- Maintain documentation for internal best practices and web metrics.
- Support requests for site audits and oversee content inventory projects.
- Contribute to SEO, CRO, accessibility, and personalization initiatives.
- Analyze user behavior data to recommend optimizations for UX and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements for web initiatives.
- Support cross-team training on web strategy-related tools and processes.
