Responsibilities

Handle 100+ inbound & outbound calls daily
Schedule in-home & virtual appointments for our sales teams
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
Engage with customers via phone and chat
Follow up on leads from web, social, and marketing campaigns
Navigate multiple systems (up to 3 at once) while staying organized
Track performance using metrics and CRM tools
