Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional product triad to revolutionize social care through technology
- Spend 70% of time writing production code
- Spend 30% of time mentoring developers
- Architect scalable systems using Ruby on Rails and Vue.js
- Write production code across the full stack including Ruby on Rails, PHP (Symfony), Vue.js/TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure
- Lead a product triad alongside a Product Owner and Designer, owning technical delivery and architectural decisions for your team's domain
- Mentor and develop three direct reports through regular pair-programming, code reviews, and career growth planning
