Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
- Solid understanding of accounting and billing processes, for U.S.-based companies
- Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is a strong plus
- Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Available 20 hours/week on a part-time, remote basis
- Familiarity with CIVA or IMMEX programs
Responsibilities
- Review and audit billing, invoicing, and accounting records to identify errors and inefficiencies
- Own and improve the end-to-end auditing process, currently a key operational gap
- Reconcile financial transactions related to cross-border shipping, freight forwarding, and 3PL services
- Maintain accurate records and generate audit reports directly for leadership
- Flag discrepancies and recommend process improvements to reduce manual work and Errors
