Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Experience with CRM-based reporting
- Experience working within a channel-led, enterprise analytical function
- Comfortable defining metrics, establishing reporting cadences, and building dashboards
- Proven Pan-EMEA experience, having operated across multiple theatres or geographies
- Must be UK-based
- Numerically strong and highly proficient with spreadsheet tools
- Ability to compile automated reports and build real-time dashboards
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, streamline reporting, and drive operational efficiency
- Strong background in business applications including HubSpot
- Strong background in business applications including Clari
Responsibilities
- Owns and manages the full weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and cadence planning cycle across the EMEA region.
- Designs, maintains, and continuously improves standardised reporting templates for use by SLT, Theatre leads, and Regional teams.
- Builds and maintains live dashboards that provide real-time visibility into GTM and field activity, funnel growth, pipeline progression, and business closure performance.
- Serves as the EMEA Salesforce administrator, with full ownership of pipeline hygiene, opportunity stage accuracy, and forecast integrity.
- Defines and enforces EMEA Salesforce processes in alignment with Tenex.ai HQ RevOps.
- Tracks all GTM spend (campaigns, events, MDF, BDR activity) against pipeline and bookings outcomes.
- Defines and documents EMEA-specific GTM processes including deal registration, SPR approvals, partner onboarding workflows, and customer escalation paths.
- Acts as the primary EMEA point of contact for HR on all people matters, including onboarding, contracts, benefits, performance management, and compliance.
- Tracks EMEA OpEx vs budget on a monthly basis, manages T&E approvals, vendor purchase orders, and MDF reconciliation.
- Liaises with Legal on EMEA partner agreements, GDPR compliance, and data processing addenda.
- Acts as the single point of contact for Tenex.ai HQ functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Product, RevOps) on all EMEA operational matters.
