Requirements

- Experience in fast-paced environments, making quick, strategic decisions under competing constraints
- Proven ability to successfully deliver complex web applications and services
- Adaptable and able to work across various technical systems and concerns
Responsibilities
- Drive team impact by fostering high technical productivity and reliability
- Cultivate a healthy, results-driven, and collaborative team culture
- Represent the team in engineering-wide planning, initiatives, and processes
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape the technical roadmap and solve problems that improve the patient and doctor experience
- Set and communicate clear team objectives that align with Counterpart's company goals and roadmap
- Lead hiring, development, and retention efforts to build a high-performing team
