Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS company or high-growth SaaS startup
- Proven ability to design complex, desktop-first B2B web applications end-to-end
- Strong product thinking and ability to find pragmatic “80/20” solutions
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Experience collaborating with other designers in shared workspaces (component libraries, design systems)
- Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and able to work independently
- Native German speaker
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end product design process
- Collaborate with the Product Team from ideation to visual designs
- Evolve design language and ensure cohesive experience with existing Product Designer
- Identify high-impact UX opportunities with product and engineering teams
- Deliver technically feasible and fast-shipping solutions
- Translate concepts into high-fidelity designs
- Adhere to and maintain scalable design system in Figma
- Craft clear, engaging UI copy
