3+ years of experience as an Epic Referrals Advisor
Experience supporting Epic Revenue Access / Patient Access workflows
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Registration and Cadence workflow experience (preferred)
MyChart Scheduling (Direct, Open, Fast Pass) experience (preferred)
