Job Details

5–8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on backend or platform systems
Strong experience designing and building scalable APIs and production-grade backend services
Proficiency with modern backend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar)
Experience working with CI/CD systems, release pipelines, or infrastructure automation
Strong understanding of distributed systems, observability, and production system reliability
Experience debugging complex system issues and improving system performance
Ability to lead technical design discussions and make architecture-level decisions
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots) in engineering workflows
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams

Design, build, and maintain backend services and internal APIs that support CI/CD and release engineering workflows
Develop and improve systems for software delivery, including deployment orchestration, validation, and automation pipelines
Own end-to-end delivery of complex platform initiatives, from design through production rollout and monitoring
Define technical approaches through design documents, proofs of concept, and system breakdowns
Improve system scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across delivery infrastructure
Build and enhance internal tools and developer-facing platforms to improve engineering productivity
Implement observability, monitoring, and metrics to ensure system health and operational visibility
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and product teams in an async-first, distributed environment
