  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure high standards of service are met.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and record keeping, to support operations.
