Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of fundamental computer science concepts
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript, or PHP
- Basic knowledge of full-stack development concepts and modern web technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop efficient solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment across all levels of an organization
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications under the guidance of senior developers
- Contribute to building high-quality software solutions that deliver value, usability, and reliability for clients
- Collaborate with development teams, architects, and Agile coaches to support modernization and transformation initiatives
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues
- Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Work on client-facing projects involving IT modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation
- Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed
