Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Experience leading or mentoring other engineers.
- Hands-on expertise in observability practices and tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Familiarity with SRE principles.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP).
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience building scalable systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Passion for automation, reliability, and developer efficiency.
- Experience leading DevOps/SRE transformations (preferred).
- Previous software engineering experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to a team of DevOps/SRE engineers focused on Observability and Developer Experience.
- Help define the roadmap and vision for observability and developer productivity.
- Design, implement, and operate monitoring and logging infrastructure.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with other engineering and product teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Establish and share best practices for infrastructure management, incident response, and post-mortems.
- Contribute to defining and implementing AI tooling and standards across the company.
