Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or complex B2B sales environments
Proven track record of securing and managing six- and seven-figure partnerships or revenue-generating deals
Strong experience in building and managing high-value sales pipelines and closing large strategic agreements
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and corporate decision-makers
Excellent proposal development, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting capabilities with a results-driven mindset
Experience managing or mentoring teams, with strong leadership and coaching abilities
Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to travel approximately 25 percent or more depending on business needs

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of national corporate partnership strategies to achieve significant annual revenue targets, including multi-million-dollar agreements
Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging internal and external relationships
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, proposal development, and deal closure with senior corporate stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to design integrated partnership solutions aligned with organizational mission and marketing priorities
Provide performance reporting, revenue forecasting, and strategic insights to senior leadership to support decision-making
Manage, coach, and develop a team responsible for both new business and existing partner accounts, ensuring strong execution and growth
