Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, or similar container technologies in production environments
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including managed Kubernetes services
- Experience with hybrid cloud or on-premise architectures and modern data integration patterns
- Ability to design and explain distributed systems, networking considerations, and secure data pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience applying technical solutions in customer-facing contexts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies and sharing knowledge with teams
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and field engineering teams to design, validate, and present containerized hybrid deployment architectures tailored to customer needs
- Act as a technical advisor in customer engagements, translating complex infrastructure requirements into scalable Kubernetes-based solutions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and SRE teams to enhance hybrid deployment capabilities, ensuring performance, security, and cost efficiency
- Support end-to-end technical validation of deployments across Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Stay ahead of industry trends in containerization, cloud-native architectures, autoscaling, and secure data management
- Enable internal teams by sharing expertise, creating best practices, and coaching peers on hybrid deployment value delivery
- Contribute to troubleshooting and optimization of customer architectures in complex, real-world environments
