Requirements

Master’s or PhD in medical, pharma, or biotech field preferred.
12+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
5+ years of leading cross-functional product teams.
Experience in oncology development or radiopharmaceuticals preferred.
Familiarity with clinical Phase 2, Phase 3, and approval processes.
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
Direct people management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the Global Program Leadership Team (GPLT) and ensure alignment with objectives.
Guide teams through complex decision-making and risk management processes.
Foster cross-functional collaboration spanning various departments.
Drive integrated planning and governance for key milestones.
Manage program risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Lead budget planning and forecasting to support portfolio decisions.
