Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in software testing and QA processes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong knowledge of testing tools and bug-tracking systems
- Experience with SQL for database testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) - Preferred
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker) - Preferred
- ISTQB or other QA certification - Preferred
- Knowledge of security and performance testing - Preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and usability issues
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and create test strategies
- Track, document, and report bugs using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Bugzilla
- Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices
- Work with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Provide feedback to improve the overall user experience and software functionality
