Requirements

- Experience with Prometheus.
- Experience designing for reliability, scalability, and operational excellence in production environments.
- A collaborative approach to engineering.
Responsibilities
- Build highly scalable and resilient backend services in Go, from core ingestion pipelines and edge processing to usage-based billing infrastructure.
- Solve data engineering challenges at scale, including efficiently querying terabytes of data in ClickHouse and ensuring data accuracy in complex metering systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to evaluate the economic efficiency of technical designs and ensure maximum value for customers.
- Architect and evolve backend systems to handle billions of observability signals with low latency and high reliability.
- Define standards for code quality and testing, serving as a mentor to the team.
- Drive best practices for Go services and OpenTelemetry distributions across the engineering organization.
