Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Engineering
- 3+ years of experience managing teams
- Proven success managing distributed teams (US + offshore)
- Experience in healthcare data and/or high-growth tech environments
- Deep expertise in Agile execution and Jira-based delivery
- Advanced SQL
- Strong data modeling experience (dimensional / star schema)
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau and/or Amazon QuickSight)
- Experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Athena, Airflow or similar)
- Proven ability to build scalable data models, KPI layers, and reporting frameworks
- Ability to independently debug issues across data and product layers
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the BI roadmap, ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable reporting
- Lead a hybrid onshore/offshore team, driving ownership, accountability, and delivery
- Partner cross-functionally to translate complex needs into clear, actionable outputs
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across data pipelines, workflows, and team execution
- Build scalable reporting frameworks, standardize KPIs, and drive data quality and governance
