Requirements
- Previous work or internship experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale
- Experience using Python or Kotlin
- Familiarity with building blocks of distributed systems
- Familiarity with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of modern front-end tech stack (Javascript, Typescript, React/React Native/Redux, ES6, Webpack, CSS3)
- Ability to translate problems into solutions interacting with multiple software components
- Ability to write clear, easily understood, well tested and extensible code
- Comfortable navigating a large code base
- Comfortable debugging others' code
- Ability to provide feedback through code reviews
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven and motivated engineer
