Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Credit or Fraud Risk or Collections
- Expert SQL skills
- Proven analytics experience working as a risk/data analyst
- Prior experience in the financial services or lending industry is a must-have
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Python or PySpark is preferred
- Experience on data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
- Growth mindset and eagerness to apply AI tools to streamline workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively
Responsibilities
- Lead the analytics on initiatives to improve repayment rates in the short term and long term, and optimize costs.
- Develop insights capabilities to monitor performances and proactively identify trends and anomalies.
- Optimize Zip’s external debt collections strategy, monitor agency performance, and work closely with the vendors.
- Enjoy end to end ownership of your analytics and get the chance to work in an exceptionally collaborative environment.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders across the organization to drive high-visibility strategic initiatives.
