Responsibilities
- Lead the transition from a traditional SaaS architecture to an AI-native system.
- Own the technical direction and drive product build for an AI-first operating system for property finance.
- Build automated underwriting and document extraction tools.
- Cut property lending times by 50% for UK-based clients.
- Build and maintain a full-stack TypeScript application.
- Extend a complex configurable field and formula system within a PostgreSQL-backed data model.
- Develop an AI document ingestion layer that utilizes LLMs to automatically read financial documents and populate structured data for underwriting.
- Orchestrate async processing queues and third-party financial data integrations.
- Manage the cloud infrastructure across AWS, Supabase, and Heroku.
