Requirements
- 3+ years in Product Management or a similar role
- Experience in B2B and/or eCommerce products
- Proven ability to take projects end-to-end: from requirements and roadmapping to prototyping and delivery validation
- Proficiency with AI-assisted workflows
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, or Portfolio (bonus)
- Background in Software Engineering or a technical role (bonus)
- Experience with Spec Driven Development (SDD) (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Drive the product roadmap from requirements through delivery
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate prototyping, discovery, and validation
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, engineers, and designers to identify opportunities
- Define success metrics and bring the product vision to life
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand merchant needs
- Continuously improve the merchant journey
- Lead product strategy and direction for Order Management platforms
