Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing backend systems with Golang
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases
- Experience with MongoDB databases
- Practical experience with production monitoring
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Understands how tools work 'under the hood'
- Works iteratively (build, test, improve principle)
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with AI assisted coding
- Experience with AI agents for production level applications
- Experience working with AI process orchestration platforms like n8n or similar
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end MarTech solutions from scratch and scale internal platforms for marketing teams
- Integrate and orchestrate Generative AI to automate creative generation and optimize marketing processes
- Build architecture for collecting, parsing, and processing data from millions of ad campaigns to derive insights
- Create tools to automate manual analysis, replacing hours of work with automated solutions
- Optimize infrastructure by setting up CI/CD pipelines, production monitoring, and ensuring system stability in GCP
