Requirements

  • 2+ years of software sales experience
  • Must be bilingual, native German and English (both verbal and written)
  • An accomplished track record of selling software into IT organisations
  • Salesforce experience
  • Web-conference demo experience
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • A positive mindset, team-oriented, results driven, and organised
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Experience managing full sales cycle
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Cybersecurity experience (preferred)
  • Experience or knowledge of the Information Security industry is highly desired (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs (preferred)
  • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management tool is preferred, expertise with Salesforce.com is highly desired (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Target new customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone calls and emails
  • Manage full sales cycle
  • Communicate with German speaking customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Balance scheduling sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis
  • Ensure all customers are on an Pre-Salesive Keeper contract
  • Build and create a constant pipeline of prospect customers to scope
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, staying knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes, updates, and new products
  • Participate in cold call/role play activities and shadow cold calls with colleagues
  • Develop relationships with prospect customer contacts
  • Utilise additional sales resources to target and identify new business targets
  • Leverage Salesforce.com database to accurately reflect pipeline and account activity
  • Facilitate the proposal review process for new business opportunities
