Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong background working across the full stack, on both front-end and backend server applications
- Solid understanding of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Highly experienced with Claude Code, LLM prompt engineering, and the latest AI development best practices
- Ability to function as a hybrid between a Product Owner and Developer
- Ability to quickly and effectively analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication for cross team collaboration and clear documentation
- Able to plan work, set priorities, and deliver without constant follow-up
- Awareness of security principles and the ability to write secure, reliable, and robust code
- Understanding of how technical decisions affect users, business goals, and long-term maintainability
- Experience with NestJS
- Experience with VueJS
- Experience with Go
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with SQL
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale the systems that power hundreds of thousands of game servers worldwide
- Work across the full stack, including NestJS, VueJS, Go, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and SQL
- Deliver high-quality and reliable solutions for gamers everywhere
- Function as a hybrid between a Product Owner and Developer, identifying problems independently and building foundations
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
