Requirements
- 4-8 years as UI/UX Designer for B2B SaaS or healthcare products.
- Experience designing complex enterprise applications.
- Expert Figma skills (components, variants, design systems).
- Ability to create and maintain design systems from scratch.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design thinking and reduce cycle time.
- Ability to define UX hypotheses and evaluate feature adoption using quantitative signals.
- Comfort partnering with product/engineering to design and interpret UX experiments (e.g., A/B tests, phased rollouts).
- Ability to extract insights from usage data to inform design iteration.
- Portfolio showing healthcare or complex enterprise product design (case studies preferred).
- Experience designing for clinical workflows (EHR interfaces, patient-facing tools, dashboard-heavy products).
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Comfort working with product direction from a non-designer.
- Strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own UI/UX design for assessment, care/practice, and platform products, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Rapidly explore, iterate, and validate design ideas using AI tools and prompting to prioritize speed to usable product.
- Define UX hypotheses and evaluate feature adoption using quantitative signals, partnering with product/engineering on UX experiments.
- Maintain and evolve the Zenara design system, defining components, patterns, and design tokens for consistency.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with real clinical users, interviewing psychiatrists and observing workflows.
- Design for healthcare users, understanding clinical workflows deeply to create natural interfaces.
- Design for accessibility (WCAG compliance) and responsive layouts across devices.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on sprint deliverables, balancing design ideals with engineering constraints.
- Design AI-powered interaction patterns such as chat interfaces, AI-generated content displays, and automated workflows.
