Board Certified TN (Tennessee) PMHNP in good standing
Must currently reside in the state of Tennessee
Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open | coming soon markets (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Floridia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin) | (Louisiana, Oklahoma, and/or Massachusetts)
RN Compact licensure preferred
No DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances)
Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population
6+ months working in telehealth
Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period
Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care
Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup
Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite

Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model
Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist
Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length
Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices
