Requirements
- Board Certified TN (Tennessee) PMHNP in good standing
- Must currently reside in the state of Tennessee
- Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open | coming soon markets (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Floridia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin) | (Louisiana, Oklahoma, and/or Massachusetts)
- RN Compact licensure preferred
- No DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances)
- Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population
- 6+ months working in telehealth
- Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period
- Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care
- Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
- Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model
- Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist
- Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length
- Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices
