Job Details

Strong video editing experience (long-form + short-form)
Proficient in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails)
Portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form video work
Ability to edit for audience retention and watch time
Excellent written English (for titles, descriptions, and show notes)
Strong audio cleanup skills and thumbnail design capability
Ability to work with different content types, styles, and tones
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and time management skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Consistent access to a computer, editing software, and high-speed internet
Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional editor)
After Effects (plus)
Canva or Photoshop (for thumbnails)
YouTube Studio
Google Drive workflows

Editing engaging, on-brand video content
Adapting to different visual styles and brand tones
Receiving and following briefs provided by our internal team
Delivering edits on time while maintaining quality and consistency
Edit full-length podcast episodes optimized for YouTube retention and engagement
Clean and enhance audio and video quality
Structure episodes with strong pacing, storytelling, and intentional cuts
Create SEO-optimized YouTube titles and descriptions
Design high-quality thumbnails aligned with brand identity
Upload and properly optimize videos inside YouTube Studio
Generate short-form vertical clips for repurposing
Label, organize, and deliver assets consistently
Optimize content for YouTube search and local discoverability
Maintain branding consistency across videos
Assist in repurposing content into short-form when needed
