Requirements

- Strong skills in Rust or Go

- Motivated by solving hard problems that have asymmetric impact
Responsibilities
- Lead or support development of high-performance backend infrastructure for rollups, including block builders, sequencers, and decentralized execution environments powered by TEE technology
- Own key infrastructure components across CI/CD, observability, automation, and runtime performance tooling that support our production systems serving millions of users
- Collaborate closely with protocol, research, and backend teams to design infrastructure that balances fast UX with decentralization goals and censorship resistance
- Debug production systems at the OS, network, or runtime level and drive reliability improvements across the stack to maintain our industry-leading uptime standards
- Contribute to and lead open-source infrastructure projects that advance the MEV ecosystem and blockchain scalability
