  • 3+ months of experience in Customer Support
  • Fluent English (B2+)
  • Comfortable written and oral communication with users worldwide
  • Attention to details when collecting information for escalating complex requests to technical, product, and legal teams
  • Empathy and client-orientation
  • Quick adaptability
  • Knowledge of Zendesk (optional)
  • Understanding of key support metrics: First Response Time, Resolution Time, CSAT (optional)

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice and face of RiseGuide for users
  • Respond to client requests via email and chats, and in the future, phone calls
  • Work in a shift schedule (including night shifts) and fulfill KPIs
  • Improve support processes: from small changes in macros to testing and launching new tools and flows
  • Immerse yourself deeper into the product than anyone else
  • Quickly master all support flows
  • Find weak points and help make the service even more convenient and efficient
