Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience
  • Significant time in a SaaS or platform product role
  • Built a side project with AI (share in application)
  • Experience in automotive or inventory/stock management/channel managers
  • Startup Experience
  • Demonstrated success owning a B2B product end-to-end: from discovery and strategy through to delivery and iteration
  • Strong experience working with complex workflows, data-heavy products, or operational tooling
  • Excellent skills in problem discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder management
  • Comfort working with data (quantitative and qualitative) to make decisions and measure impact
  • Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal) to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Nice to have: Experience with campaign management, marketing tech, or multi-channel distribution products
  • Nice to have: Background working with distributed teams across multiple locations/time zones
  • AI-native mindset and use of AI tools every single day

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for StockSparK aligned with company and portfolio goals.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that balances customer value, commercial impact, and technical investments.
  • Identify opportunities to expand StockSparK’s value across stock ingestion, data quality, stock distribution, campaign creation, targeting, and reporting.
  • Become an expert in car dealer stock management workflows, pain points, and success metrics.
  • Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to validate problems and solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to continuously gather feedback and translate it into product improvements.
  • Write clear, outcome-focused problem statements, PRDs, and user stories.
  • Prioritize the backlog using data, impact, and effort to maximize value delivery.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to ship iteratively, ensuring high-quality releases that meet performance, reliability, and usability standards.
  • Define success metrics for releases and use them to guide iteration (e.g., stock coverage, adoption of key features, campaign performance).
  • Act as the single-threaded owner for StockSparK, aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support.
  • Enable GTM teams with the right positioning, messaging, demos, and enablement materials to successfully sell and support StockSparK.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and learnings clearly to leadership and the wider organization.
  • Collaborate with other product teams to ensure seamless integration of StockSparK with adjacent products and data flows.
  • Ensure StockSparK can support multi-channel promotional campaigns, including creating and managing campaigns, selecting and segmenting stock, and reporting on performance across channels.
