Responsibilities
- Provide support in the –doing’ of day-to-day tasks, routines, and other execution focused support (Admin)
- Work with pod to understand, receive support / feedback, and get assigned tasks completed (Admin)
- Project manage (Coordinator)
- Delegate to admins (Coordinator)
- Provide quality implementation, build outs, and more ambiguous execution (Coordinator)
- Plan priorities and oversee the quality of deliverables and success of the pod team (Strategist)
- Ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively so that clients get high ROI results (Strategist)
- Provide strategic partnership expertise to the client (Strategist)
- Collaborate with other Strategists with subject matter expertise when needed (Strategist)
