Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, BIM, Digital Construction or a related discipline
- 3 to 6 years of experience in design consultancy or general contractor
- Experience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects - private homes and villas, hotels and resorts
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 / ACCRevit and AutoCAD
- Professional level of English, both written and verbal
- Expertise in international building codes and engineering is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Support the Design engineering team on systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other engineers to integrate systems seamlessly into the overall project.
- Produce detailed drawings, technical documentation, and system specifications using CAD and BIM tools.
- Oversee equipment selection and BIM integration, ensuring it aligns with project requirements and sustainability goals.
- Provide input during value engineering discussions to achieve the best balance between cost, quality, and performance.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and regulations related to BIM in engineering systems.
