Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creative marketing
- Strong understanding of performance marketing
- Ability to extract insights from data and effectively apply them to strategy
- Producer mindset - ability to spot content potential and evaluate its impact on business results
- Solid understanding of social media video trends and best-performing creative formats
- Proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
Responsibilities
- Create and implement scalable, automated creatives that consistently drive results
- Ensure high creative quality with a strong focus on performance metrics such as conversion rate, CTR, and CPA
- Continuously research new trends and creative ideas for paid advertising
- Collaborate closely with AI Content Creator and AI Prompt Engineer to integrate AI into the creative production process
