5+ years of professional experience in institutional sales, business development, or relationship management within Blockchain, Financial Services, or FinTech. Strong understanding of institutional requirements, market dynamics, trends, and Ethereum’s ecosystem. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships effectively. Genuine enthusiasm for Ethereum and permission-less/open-source technologies. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

Serve as the primary point of contact for organizations interested in Ethereum. Connect stakeholders to foster collaboration and ecosystem growth. Communicate the organization's mission, goals, and initiatives to external parties. Identify opportunities aligning with ecosystem objectives. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and organizations. Map the Ethereum landscape, including key players and initiatives. Document relationship development and stakeholder information. Represent the Ethereum Foundation at industry events. Actively participate in Ethereum community discussions.
