Responsibilities:
Execute accurate, timely, and compliant billing workflows Perform insurance eligibility verification and benefit investigations Submit and track DME claims, troubleshooting billing issues Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for errors and determine resolutions Draft and submit appeals for claim recovery Investigate aging reports to identify unpaid or incorrectly paid claims Respond to patient billing inquiries Collaborate with Billing teammates, Customer Experience, and Fulfillment Leverage AI-enabled tools for efficiency and accuracy
