Requirements

  • Successfully grown a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views).
  • Experience managing a creative team and providing feedback.
  • Ability to write scripts that performed, structure narratives, write hooks, and engage audiences.
  • Experience working in environments where content drove business results.
  • High attention to detail and 'Taste'.
  • Study of human nature and motivations for content engagement.
  • Ability to script, direct, and fix edits.
  • No ego, acceptance of failed concepts, and ability to pivot based on data.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the 'Dual-Brand' Strategy for personal and company brands.
  • Propose radical new content formats.
  • Define editorial lines for different platforms.
  • Take responsibility for the entire production chain.
  • Find, hire, and onboard external talent for production.
  • Treat the founder as the 'Actor' on set.
  • Take full leadership of the internal content team.
  • Provide high-level artistic direction and quality checks.
  • Challenge the team to constantly upskill.
  • Collaborate with Head of Growth to produce conversion-focused assets.
  • Analyze performance data to iterate and scale content.
