Requirements
- Proven Content Builder with a history of growing media brands or personal brands to significant scale.
- Experience in Editorial Leadership, managing creative teams and providing feedback.
- Elite Scripting Skills with a track record of high-performing scripts.
- Experience in Performance Fluency, where content drives business results.
- French: Native / Bilingual.
- English: Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Architect the "Dual-Brand" Strategy for personal and company brands.
- Propose radical new content formats and define editorial lines for different platforms.
- Take responsibility for the entire production chain, from scripting to final cut.
- Command the content factory, setting tempo, culture, and standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with Head of Growth to produce assets for acquisition channels and analyze performance data for iteration.
