Build automation systems that handle complex insurance servicing tasks end-to-end Compose backend business logic that drives automation Design backend pipelines that sync customer policy data and power re-shopping experiences Optimize and scale internal tools to reduce agent intervention Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering ops to improve customer retention Work asynchronously across time zones, with minimal meetings Continuously improve our backend systems, APIs, and microservice architecture
