Requirements:
3-5 years in sales support, sales operations, BDR/SDR, account coordination, or commercial roles. Strong experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipefy, Pipedrive, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organization, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail. Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally. Intermediate to advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills. Reliable high-speed internet. Modern laptop with a multi-core processor. Noise-canceling headset.
Responsibilities:
Schedule inbound appointment requests and make outbound calls. Prepare one-page briefings for sales calls. Attend sales and account management calls and send post-call summaries. Own post-call follow-up and maintain deal momentum. Coordinate signed-deal handoff to delivery teams. Arrange travel for clients, prospects, and events. Coordinate events and speaking engagements. Create sales slides, decks, and one-pagers. Create and maintain proposals using Smart Pricing Table. Document, standardize, and improve sales processes. Act as the primary owner and resident expert for HubSpot. Add and update contact/company records in HubSpot. Manage and maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot. Generate prospecting and campaign lists in HubSpot. Create, run, and track sales reports and dashboards in HubSpot. Create, launch, and track email marketing campaigns in HubSpot. Optimize sales workflows and automations in HubSpot. Manage tagging and data hygiene systems in HubSpot. Stay up to date on HubSpot feature releases. Train team members on HubSpot best practices.
