Relevant work experience in business development or similar admissions roles. Experience with SBIRT and motivational interviewing is a plus. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Required Oregon licensure or certification (CADC-I, CADC-II, CADC-III, LPC-A, LPC, LMFT, LCSW). Reliable high-speed home internet. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent written, presentation, communication, and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities. High comfort level with technology, including EMR software, email, Slack, and mobile apps. Must be able to work remotely with a quiet, private dedicated home office. Availability to work full-time with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
