Requirements:
Active PMHNP license in good standing. 5+ state licenses in specified markets. RN Compact licensure preferred. Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population. 6+ months working in telehealth. Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period. Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care. Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication. Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup. Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal patients through a fully remote telehealth model. Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist. Deliver approximately 24 hours of patient-facing appointment time per week. Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups. Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices. Participate in cross-coverage as needed to support continuity of care across the medical group.
