Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree. 12 years experience in health plan contracting, payer relations, or healthcare strategy in value-based care. 6-8 years management experience. Expert in relationship management and portfolio management. Proven ability to build and lead a high performing team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong strategic planning and analytical skills. Ability to assess financial and operational outcomes of contracts. Passionate about driving the shift from fee-for-service to value based care. Ability to think beyond one's immediate team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategy and operational plans for Commercial and Medicaid contracts. Serve as liaison between Sr. Leadership and operational teams. Lead, develop, and empower Managers and/or Sr. Managers. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with payer partners. Lead and collaborate across functions (Field, Product, Strategic Payer Partnerships). Conduct analyses to identify cost and quality intervention areas.
