Sr. Content Optimization Engineer

3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2+ years of technical experience. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and programming in Python or another language. Comfort with CLI tools. Demonstrated experience in debugging and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency with Generative AI tools, Agents, and Prompt Engineering. Data-driven and proficient in basic data analysis. Ability to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of software build, testing, and versioning best practices (Github and Version Control tools). Experience with Docker. Experience with IDES: Jupyter Notebooks, RStudio, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, Intellij. Strong bias for action and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen and consulting experience.

Lead technical optimization implementation by collaborating with teams and SMEs. Build and optimize hands-on learning environments including labs and autograders. Monitor success metrics of optimizations to impact learner engagement and retention. Map technical optimization challenges to platform solutions. Implement partner feedback through Agile Development processes. Conduct quality assurance on optimizations based on predefined checklists. Document code using industry best practices. Communicate and document product enhancements and feedback to product and engineering teams.
