Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. At least 5 years of experience in solution engineering, implementation engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within SaaS environments. Strong understanding of web infrastructure, web analytics, data management, and system integrations. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Working knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML and CSS. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage complex technical challenges in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to design and articulate optimal solutions. High proficiency in spoken and written English; experience working with international teams is a plus.
