RD/RDN credential from the Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR) RD license in the state of Massachusetts Master’s Degree (preferred) Must have your own NPI CAQH Login (preferred) 2-3 years of nutrition counseling experience Ability to respond to patient messages after-hours Alignment with holistic approach Excitement to learn new skills to deliver the SideBy Care model Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to build and maintain rapport with providers and patients Private home office space with reliable internet connection

Counsel patients on nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes Provide medical nutrition therapy for GI disorders Document encounters Create lifestyle-focused care plans Work cooperatively as a team member Participate in care coordination meetings Promote a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and self Communicate with care team and patients outside of sessions
