Monitor integration metrics for tracking and reporting acquisition and integration successes. Act as escalation point for issues or blockers. Ensure project coordinators and team members manage timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. Ensure initiative progress meetings are held regularly and risks are identified and communicated. Support growth initiatives by reviewing proposals and assisting with work share development. Monitor project status and ensure timelines are updated and initiatives are re-prioritized. Identify and escalate issues that may prevent successful project completion. Work with a team to correct project issues or deviations. Identify and communicate inter-dependencies between projects. Contract expenditure accountability and financial record keeping. Develop charts and graphs for contract invoicing. Follow and improve guides and processes for program management activities. Anticipate stakeholder needs and propose solutions. Provide high-level administrative support including research and report preparation. Maintain company communication channels (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.). Develop, manage, and update operations department resources (databases, metrics, logbooks). Collaborate across departments to provide administrative assistance. Develop positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate tracking and reporting. Facilitate and influence conversations with stakeholders. Support due diligence process work streams. Perform After Action Reviews for process improvement and record creation.
