Eastern Pennsylvania or Southern New Jersey based Clinical Specialist - Remote, USA

Clinical experience (Scrub Tech, X-Ray Tech, RN or BSN, Laser Tech) Industry experience (1-3 years for Clinical Specialist II, 3+ years for Sr. Clinical Specialist) Prior employment as a Clinical Specialist with a medical device company or experience with Mobile Litho Provider Companies (Clinical Specialist II) Comfortable with startup pace Ability to provide intraoperative procedural guidance Willingness to travel outside of the designated territory Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating room Experience utilizing fluoroscopy is a plus Customer relationship and procedural skill development highly desired Degree or certification in a medical-related field (LPN, RN, Surg Tech, Rad Tech, etc.) highly desirable Able to travel by car up to 90% Compliance with relevant county, state, and federal rules regarding vaccinations

Provide clinical case coverage as assigned Train the surgical team Acquire and maintain knowledge of perioperative surgical technology Develop technical acumen to serve as an educational resource Maintain and prepare equipment and kits for surgery Troubleshoot equipment Provide intra-operative clinical product support Ensure inventory accuracy Reconcile inventory/usage Assist in procedural training Be a member of the commercial team Perform account management with TSM Support education of APPs, Office and Hospital Staff with TSM Facilitate and support Residency Education with TSM Ensure compliance with company policies Collaborate with Clinical Specialist teams for knowledge sharing
